Wine in the glass next to the bottle

The style of this photo is the result of my recently begun mission to make images of transparent glass that are more stylized and edgy.

    Setup
The tabletop is translucent, red art paper on top of transparent glass. A small continuous-light lamp is shining from below. Another one lights a white wall behind the scene to create the highlights on the rim of the wine glass and the bubbles in the wine and to slightly brighten the scene. A pair of flashlights with the light turned on in their highly diffused handles are handheld together in the right rear area to create the reflections on the side of the wine bottle and glass. Those reflections help define the shape of the objects and add interest to the scene.

I really like this artsy look Mike. If those few bubbles weren't in the glass it would be hard tell the wine was in there. The are a nice touch.

My wife said the exact same thing and asked how I got them there. I created them by blowing air into the wine through a straw. It was pure luck that some of them settled in the ideal area of the glass.
