    A caterpillar called Limacodidae

    I have seen many photos of this caterpillar, and this is my only time photographing it.

    Binnur, I do not think this caterpillar has eyes at the tail end.

    Oh, I thought those four black dots at the tail were eyes

    Steven, those are all first-rate captures of a very photogenic caterpillar. Although members of the Limacodidae family of moths can be found in the US, I don't recall ever seeing one of the caterpillars or moths.

    Fascinating and colorful! I like your second shot the best. The composition is strong and it definitely makes you think about how varied the bug world is! I'm having trouble with the focus on the third shot.

    I thot, I am suppose to be the one having the focus issue. BTW, thanks for the comments
