Nice shot Rob, good work getting the smoothed water plus the fisherman sharp.
Have you considered a 16:9 crop with the bottom just below the large rock at the left and the one inboard of it with the small bit cloned out of the prominent one protruding up from the bottom? It then gives a clean edge of just sand along the base.

Hi Rob It is more like a seascape image for me because the fisherman looks too small in the scene and the pole is distracting. I would clone the pole to put the emphasis more on the fisherman.Lovely sky and colors.

Hi Rob: I would agree with Grahame and Binnur's comments. The long exposure has produced some beautiful soft water, but the pole is somewhat distracting. If you follow Grahame's advice, you will have a nice diagonal leading line.
