    Afternoon stroll turned photo safari

My wife and I decided to take a stroll through a wetlands area near our house last week. As always, I took my camera figuring I would get at least a couple of shots of something but had no idea I would get this much variety. Even by my picky standards of my own work, I was extremely pleased with these "keepers". As always, C&C welcome.

Could you get away with carefully adding a tiny bit of extra brightness to the first image?

That's a nice set by most any standard, but especially so considering that it was just one outing with nothing specific in mind.

Mike, that's why I like going out with no particular plan. Just grab the camera, the wife, and go for a short drive and then a walk around. Amazing what nature will provide you with some time. Attention to the little details about what's going on in your surroundings helps pick out targets too.

    Appreciate everyone's comments.
