Colorful Abstract
The subject is the ribbed, top front corner of the housing of a Stanley Power Lock 30' metal tape measure. The housing is made of shiny metal. The magnification ratio is about 1:1.
Setup
A flash light fitted with a yellow gel is on the left side of the scene. A red reflector is on the right. I don't know what produced the blue reflection, but I like it so much that I made no attempt to determine what object in the room was being reflected.

Re: Colorful Abstract
I don't know why but I like it more in the vertical format (roteted 90 degrees). Those blues really add to the image

Re: Colorful Abstract
Since red and yellow both are of lower frequency it may not be because of their mixing blue is generated, i suppose; it is evidenced from the fact that the blue ridge is only in the upper half; the same ridge is blue below; so there must be some blue reflecting source at height; won't it be interesting to investigate that if the set up is still there? I liked your creativity very much

Re: Colorful Abstract
Thank you, everyone!
Nandakumar: If you saw all the hundreds of items being stored in my makeshift studio (it was a storage room for decades before it became a makeshift studio), you would realize how impossible it would be to determine what created the blue reflection. That's especially true when taking into account that the scene is only the size of the camera sensor.
