    Day 17

Yesterday was my son's 13th birthday. I did take a few family photos but I think that I will just skip posting them. My parents left to go back to California, today, and I got to go out quite late, this evening. There's still some foliage left - a little tiny bit. I'm going to try to go out, tomorrow and see if there's something left to catch. In the meantime, look! It's my very first foofy water. Actually, I didn't want it to be quite this blurred out but it was so dark. We'll see what I can come up with tomorrow!

    Re: The Morning After

Had a great time in a little country town last night (Saturday), as evidenced by the debris the morning after.

    Day 17 Old Melbourne Gaol

I'm playing catch-up at the moment. I finally went through the Old Melbourne Gaol - the place where Ned Kelly was hanged on 11 November 1880. It's a great old building. Lighting conditions, however, are not very good for photographers. Maybe I need to upgrade my camera? Which comes first? L series lens or 7D body?
