    Nature isn't perfect (Part Two)

Continuing on from my "Nature isn't perfect" thread that I posted yesterday LINK.

This is just one of the flowers that formed part of yesterdays arrangement. This Dahlia is called "Midnight Star" I've left the rain damage visible rather than disguise the rain damage in post processing.

Thanks John and Nandakumar for taking time to look and comment. This flower and its companions have now been dispatched to the compost heap.

What a gorgeous bloom even if it was past its best. Nice shot.

What rain damage? where is it? I see here a different flower I have not seen before and it is pretty. I like it. Nice choice.

Thank you Izzie. The rain damage can be seen as light spots on the red of the petals and also on the white area shown as rust coloured marks.

'Didn't see them and it does matter much because the majority of the flower is more colourful and nicely done.
