Super detail throughout! You might consider darkening the light spots just a bit in the BG below his legs? I'm guessing you like the blue dot ;-). Your title is very generous to grasshoppers.

Thanks for the feedback. When i first joined CiC I was asked 'what type of shots do you want to take?' More or less I answered 'shots that people like to look at'. With a lot of help from CiC it seems I am getting there.
Ps.
I've no idea how the blue are got there but yes I do like it. Though I did tone it down and soften it quite a bit.

+1 to Richar's comment, but you should also take pride in your mastery of the 'craft' (your own word I seem to remember) So. certainly journeyman rather than apprentice, and maybe master?
