I don't know about Binnur's thinking, but I sure do like the background for two reasons: it has just enough detail to be interesting but not so much that it competes with the subject and the soft shadows falling on it are so appealing. I also like everything about the subject except for the glare on the leaf next to the flower.

This is a beautfiul image Brian. I like everything in it. The BG is not an ordinary one and adds to the image. All I can say is that 'the image was shot and edited professionally'

I hoped you would like it. Last week a downpour broke what the yellow bells were climbing an d they fell onto this fence. I think I'll leave them there.

It is your basic L shape. I do have the 18 / 55 kit lens. Trouble is that there is so many trees and such it's hard to get a clear shot.
