It seemed too peculiar (to me) to be real, so if I take it at face value, they are banning wheeled suitcases, with the exception of deliveries?

I assume those are noisy cobbles directly in front of residential properties down that alley on the right?

Mind you, since the sign is so small in frame and the people and dogs so much more prominent as subjects, I didn't get the reference in the thread title either.

Just a reaction on the airbnb tourists. A frame is a total picture.
Maybe this one is easier to understand.



I did shoot this place a few times. Image quality, if there at all, is going down when downsizing. I still am not able to prevent that.

I like the firs picture and understood immediately the tittle, even if I wonder what it means, but with Airbnb and so on I understand inhabitants.
