Stick Gug ~ twelve shot stack in Fiji

Some mornings I awaken to guests on our patio. Other mornings it's to guests on our glass walls. This morning it was a Stick Bug on one of our glass walls. Unlike the Red Bellied Pitta this fellow didn't stick out so much. I probably walked past him half a dozen times before I realized he was there. My only excuse is that I hadn't had my morning tea.

A nce image, and well-stacked. Even the multiple reflections in the glass are in focus. Your stacking software has managed to create a good bokeh as well. Which stacking algorithm did you use? When I read the title, I thought at first that you had moved east across the Pacific.

I made my last move about 15 years ago to the Philippines. But I can see where you could get that impression Being the troglodyte that I am I have no idea what algorithm Fiji uses.

I had a look for the algorithm at the Fiji/ImageJ documentation page and I am none the wiser having read it!

One possible problem is that Fiji has been developed for scientists rather than photographers. This link may or may not answer your question
