    Shelburn - Early Light

The first of these is similar to another image I posted last Autumn. It's another frame and I had missed the stones in the FG. To me they make for a better composition but comments welcomed..

Nice set, the stones are distracting the closer you are to the foreground, when viewed in Lightbox they are less distracting.

    Shelburn - Early Light

I like them both John but if I was to hang one on a wall it would probably be the second image. On reflection I would hang both of them

Both good but a particularly nice gradual darkening of the sky in #1.

I like the reflections of the entire masts in the first one.

Very nice, John...the tranquility of the scene says it all. The reflection of #1 is very nice but my preference is #2. Better for the panorama format too.

No pun intended Peter?! I agree and would be happy to have either or both on the wall - nicely done John.

Thanks Izzie, thanks Bill. It's not often I get up early to use the camera except very occasionally on holiday. Uncomfortable holiday beds usually do the trick.
