Odd looking beetle with what looks like graffiti on his back. Fast little bugger. ID's welcome.

This little guy is smaller than a grain of rice. Don't know what kind of fly it is.

I'm no entomologist, but I do wonder if your beetle is a jewel beetle. (Acmaeodera sp)
It looks similar to the beetle in the link below....
