One dull day in Exeter
This was two hand-held colour images (top and bottom), captured in an APS-C camera with a 28-105mm zoom lens at 28mm, and then stitched in Microsoft ICE. The composite was converted to mono in Nik Silver Efex using Preset 005 High Structure (harsh). Cropping to 5:4 and a few more image adjustments were completed in PaintShop Pro X9.

Cheers.

Re: One dull day in Exeter
Great shot and processing. Didn't think this could be done hand held. I am motivated to try stitching again

Re: One dull day in Exeter
I like it. I agree that this gives a 3-D feeling. The human activity makes this very interesting...

Re: One dull day in Exeter
For a handheld this is pretty good, something I wouldn't be able to do without a tripod or my monopod. Very nice, Philip. I would rather like it a bit more brighter but this one has drama wanting to come out and express itself.
