    Taylor River images

Had a great hike along the middle fork of the Taylor River here in Washington. Here are two images I liked. Critique always welcome. Please also see my more experiemental image in my 52 week challenge thread!

Hello Judith, from a fellow Washingtonian . Is that Otter Falls? We don't make it up to your area very often anymore, but nice work on your images! I may have played with SS a little bit on number two to smooth out the falls, but it's beautiful as is. Looks like mid day maybe?

Nice efforts, is the first something you are pleased with or would you have preferred seeing more of the underflow? I ask because a cpl could assist with the clarity of the underwater rocks.

Not Otter Falls, Dingford Creek. Thanks for looking!

Thanks for looking. I decided to keep the focus on the leaf and let the underwater rocks recede a little. I think the other option you suggest could also be interesting.
