1/40sec, ISO640, f/4.2
Had a chance to play around with a D500 and doing a bit of macro. Used indoor light but could've used some external flash but the needle was within an inch of the front of the lens. The diameter of the needle is about 0.90mm and the distance from the tip to the hole is 3.40mm.
