That's very good. I think it's very well composed.
Also an effective use of the negative vignette.
Thanks Donald, thanks Mike.
Nicely done. I think that the bike adds a human element to this scene...
Thanks Richard - and yes indeed, that was what attracted me in the first place. I have looked at the image a few times when tweaking the B&W, and keep coming back to the bike - I couldn't have done better if I had posed it (well, I could if I had found an older model bike).
Very nice! I agree, the bike really makes it special.
I agree with John...+1 to his comment...the sepia colouring brings back the time when...the bicycle adds interests to the whole scene too. If that bicycle is lying down in front of the store, it will be a different story altogether. Very good composition and processing, Bill.
Superb image!!!!!
Very nice idea and editing. But I feel you want us to see something old, and therefore the bike model is very wrong as I see it.

Thanks john. An older cycle would have been perfect but the scene was not staged in any way. That's the bike that was there when the photograph was taken, and I think it is better with the "wrong" bike than with no bike.
However, if I can find an old one somewhere I'll go back and set up a repeat shot.
Nice composition and processing Bill IMO the bike is old enough considering that I used to have one like the one in the image 40 years ago
