Interesting composition, would suggest cropping out the two partial stripes to give an offset of the subject.

The only thing I am in two minds about is the small window at the far end of the building, but I'm fairly certain you're not a 'cloner'
I personally would not crop the foreground (stripes), it makes the building far too dominant, this is a composition that works for me centred/symmetrical.
