Helpful Posts: Starting to work through some photos from my last cruise.
Here are three of my favorites from our departure in Hamburg. Setup on the balcony of our room.
1. Container Ship ISO 1250, f/11, 1/800s at 185mm - had a couple different views of this guy, but found this one to be the most compelling.
2. Pano of the Port - This is a seven shot Pano of the port waiting to depart. Just too big to really edit on laptop (do not have a desktop) but still fun to put together.
3. Dynamic Sky ISO 100, f/16, 1/80s at 70mm - We were "turning" around to leave the port and happened to look out side and grabbed my camera for this one - was hoping there was some dynamics in the sky that could be brought out with post processing. Nice mood shot for me....

Love the last one. And, of course you have the perfect position in the water.
The container ship is good in that it is at a different angle. Unfortunately the background is very cluttered.Last edited by Donald; 8th August 2017 at 07:23 PM.
