Hahaha well they were delicious. Its amazing how big a difference there is with buffalo mozzarella.
If your drooling on your keyboard now get an ear full of this (aka i wish i had a picture) For class when we were in the italian restaurant on campus every day i had to make a chocolate ricotta tart with grand manier and orange zest... fancy. Too bad i didnt get my DSLR until the end of the cooking program. Now its all regular college classes with a hospitality twist.
