If your drooling on your keyboard now get an ear full of this (aka i wish i had a picture) For class when we were in the italian restaurant on campus every day i had to make a chocolate ricotta tart with grand manier and orange zest... fancy. Too bad i didnt get my DSLR until the end of the cooking program. Now its all regular college classes with a hospitality twist.

No, not backlit - as I recall I just used a single stdio flash to the side. I did use a fractals plugin filter which gives that weird rim-light effect. Originally Posted by Rhoads238
