    Nice image, Jim! But as in It's all about the green A bump to the clarity really helps the wing definition. This background less enticing than the previous so maybe a small crop to the left and right?

    I disagree about the cropping. Unless you want to change the aspect ratio to square, taking some off the left and right also means taking some off the top and bottom, which would cut into the wings. Also, don't box him in by cropping two close to his face.

    I think the cropping (or framing) is excellent how it is.

    Great job getting the whole dragonfly in focus while getting nice isolation from the background.

    Another good capture Jim.

    This one's looking a bit 'crisp' so it would be worth toning down the sharpening or clarity.
