A few shots from yesterday in pretty dull conditions.

Re: Roche Rock, Cornwall.
WOW; is that carved on the rock, or built on it using stones?

Re: Roche Rock, Cornwall.
Now that's an interesting looking rock. I like the composition in the first image. It's a bummer when the weather doesn't cooperate with our lighting needs. Some angular light could be pretty dramatic on that structure.
With all that detail/texture in the sky, that first shot seems like a good candidate for B/W conversion. But I'll let someone chime in who actually has a bit of knowledge on that topic.

Something like this for a B&W conversion ? Just a Silver Effects quickie.

Now you're talking! I love the menacing clouds. This looks to be right out of mythology.

Re: Roche Rock, Cornwall.
I globally added some structure using the NIK Viveza plug-in... And subtracted a TAD of green from the rocks...

Both colour shots look good, but the mono is great, especially the sky!
