Last night, there was a brief rain shower and with my good fortune, there were a few freshly fallen leaves on my front lawn with the rain droplets glistening in the early morning sun.

I feel like these came out much better in black and white rather than color.

Hi Paul: These look much better when viewed in the light box on the black background especially #1. I can't decide which is my favourite 1 or 2. For some reason #3 looks reminds me of a frog

Of the three, the second is the one that appeals most to me. You're close enough in for us toi see the deatil, but still be clear as to the over all shape and context.

I think that in #1 your too far away and in #3 you're too close.

Well done on 'seeing' the picture that was there.
