I'm less concerned about the brand than the quality of the product. It looks like Longsys has bought the brand and the trademark, but not the factories or distribution network from Lexar. From the press release:

"Longsys, a world leader in consumer flash storage, today announced that it has acquired the Lexar trademark and branding rights from Micron Technology, Inc."

Those words do not add to my comfort level...

The strength of the Lexar brand was that it was part of the Micron group and exclusively used NAND memory produced for Lexar by Micron.
