Shanti Stupa #1. Leh, India C&C Welcome

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

It was clicked from Namgyal Tsemo monastery in leh, India

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition, frame, crop.

The problem here is all that dark space in the middle. I would suggest losing the foreground which is competing for attention against the building which is the main subject. Maybe end up with a 5 x 4 ratio, or possibly square?

Nice effort, agree about the dark areas.

Beautiful lighting. I agree with prior comments. Crop away the bottom so you only have the bright lit building isolated by shadow.

+1 to Geoff and Dan's comments. The stupa positively glows, but the rest of the material in the image, not so much.

IMO your other image of the same subject is super and I would prefer it if I had to choose Raj
