Nicely captured and processed, at first glance the image is a bit eerie and then it evokes sadness, finally beauty of subject.
excellent and creator
OUh.....only you can!!!!
Is that an Indian face?
Thank you Nanda! vaez...and John!
I can see what you mean but my recollection is that she wasn't Indian.
This was taken in a very rich town in Scotland ..there were beggars in the doorways...news of wars and terrorist attacks..in My 'so called civilised country ..there are food banks...
I feel deep shame.
Feeling immense sadness looking that this. It reminds me of everything wrong with the US these days.

Sharon... I can certainly see why you and Donald had a successful exhibit...
Wow! Now this is an emotional image.
This is really awesome. Very moving, and beautiful.
Sharon, John is right on the button.
Cheers Ole
I don't know what to say that hasn't been already said yet in all the comments here. Sadness in one's situation in a country is getting to be the new 'normal' but we do not need to accept it in silence because as has been already said "silence is consent.'
This is a very emotional shot, Sharon. I am going back to bed. I hope I do not have a nightmare because of looking at this one...help keep me sane.
Wow!
A big thank you to you all. I am extremely touched and moved by all of your responses.
Full of emotions, very moving image Sharon
That you Binnur.
