    The light is harsh on this one Judith, I don't know if reducing the highlights would help

    It was a pretty sunny day but the highlights did not show as clipped on the histogram and I kind of liked the energy I felt from the light. But I will go back look at the option of toning them down and see what I think. Thanks for taking the time to comment!

    Nice captured Judith, your first image of the star Dahlia maybe a variety called Teryn Seren but don't quote me on that. I'm nearly certain that I've posted an image of one from my garden.
