Recalling a moment in history
The date was June 12, 1987. The place was (then West) Berlin's Brandenburg Gate. The speaker was American President Ronald Reagan. Contrary to the exact words on the sign in the photo, he spoke the following: "General Secretary Gorbachev, if you seek peace, if you seek prosperity for the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, if you seek liberalization: Come here to this gate! Mr. Gorbachev, open this gate! Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!"
Or maybe the sign is instead referring to the wall planned by American President Donald Trump. Not likely considering that the scene is in rural Pennsylvania.

Re: Recalling a moment in history
Nicely composed, the concept of the wall reminds me of the movie Escape from New York; the idea of security depends on which side of the wall you are on and how much you envy what is over there.
