    Young Fox

We saw a couple of young foxes along side the road on Saaremaa Island (off the west coast of Estonia). For a change, I got lucky and had both my camera in hand and an appropriate lens on the camera. This one was curious and nice enough to pose for me.

Obliging little rascal. Eye contact is about as good as it gets. Well done.

Did you visit Riga by any chance? I was there in the 90's. Beautiful city.

I was there for a day last year (May 2016) and we will be heading there for a few days on Friday. The Art Nouveau is stunning, but not that easy to photograph. I brought a longer lens and a perspective correcting lens along this time to see if this will improve my ability to photograph some of those places (if the weather cooperates).

Enjoy Riga. Will you be in St. Petersburg by chance?

No; only the three Baltic countries; Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania this time.

Perspective correction lens will be the same as Tilt/Shift lens, Manfred? Anyway, good eye contact. He is cute...

Perspective correction would be the shift part of a shift / tilt lens. The tilt mainly impacts depth of field.
