Clean edges, no obvious stacking artefacts, very nicely done. Is this an indoor shot? There must be absolutely zero wind to get results as good as this.

To expand on George's question, did you move the focus point manually and refocus the lens using autofocus, used manual focus to refocus, locked focus and moved the camera using a focus rail or used some other way of taking successive shots?

The green leaf on the top is rather shiny and sharp and attracts a lot attention. I would try to pp it to make it look more like the two leaves at the bottom and also brighten up the flower a little.

with the constantly changing sun cloud shadow ratio every shot has a slightly different natural focus point and contrast.
any brighter and the flower would be very unnatural
top leaf is a tad shiny and could be worked on
