A nice shot to share with your subject, good pose, but that background is a bit too busy. This background would work if you were showing more of her environment, in a pinch you could clone out the extra faces or blur a bit more, tone down the blouse and you've got a keeper. Also, I'd move the watermark to a less conspicuous location.
Fractionally bright reflection from her forehead and cheeks, but nothing serious. I would selectively tone done those bright highlights in the background but otherwise this is a perfectly acceptable portrait.
Two thoughts on this shot Javier:
1. Trim back the space about your subject's head a bit. It is not adding anything to the composition; and
2. Shallow depth of field helps make the background less distinct, but your subject seems to have another "head" attached to it on the camera right side. I don't know what the shooting conditions were like, but watching what is happening in the background can have a significant impact on what the image looks like.
