    Round 2. Navy was also flying.

    softer.
    Not sure on the tones, struggled with it not sure why.

    Lovely colors! Two things strike me: The birds may not add anything; the image seems bottom heavy which would suggest a different crop. Exposure is great and the clouds, themselves, are beautiful! Thanks for posting

    Love clouds and a nice capture done very well , play with variations in blk/wht as a suggestion .

    Just a thought. Maybe a very slight crop from the top and a similar amount from the right side. Still leave that small separate fluffy cloud near the top.

    That tiny crop seems to make a considerable change to the overall balance of the scene.

    I would remove the birds, etc, because they aren't big enough to have any impact, which makes them a bit distracting.

    Otherwise, this scene looks fine to me.

    I can see why you were drawn to capture these clouds. Lovely. I agree with prior suggestion for cropping.
