Today was our last day in Tallinn and we fly home tomorrow. The weather was quite mediocre for a nice scenic shot, but the heavy cloud cover broke late this afternoon, and I was able to get up on Toomba Hill (Upper Town) and take some shots of the lower town. The hole in the clouds shut just moments after I finished taking this series of images, for a pano, during evening golden hour.
I did a pano from this location the last time I visited Tallinn in May 2016.
