Nice image Javier. Let me point out a few small things that you might want to keep in mind for the next time you try a shot like this one.
1. Have your subject move her glasses down a little more so that the frame do not cut across her eyeballs. You are very close here, but not quite.
2. You have focused on the frame of the glasses, rather than her eyes (specifically the eye that is closest to the camera). The eyes need to be the sharpest part of the image. Select single point focus on your camera focus setting, focus on the eye closest to the camera and press the shutter release half way down to lock focus and then reframe the image before depressing the shutter release fully.
3. Back off on the Gaussian blur in PP. You have softened the skin to the point where some areas have no texture. People's skin has pores and textures and removing that does not result in an attractive look.
Excellent pose and composition.
The missing tooth in the midst of such perfection caught my eye: perhaps shoot from the other side of the model next time?
