What a lovely lady!
She has gorgeous eyes although I wish that they were looking at the camera a bit straighter. I get the feeling that she is looking off to "my" left. However, her eyes are so beautiful that this doesn't spoil the image...

One tiny stray hair beside her left eye which I would clone away. Otherwise, this looks good to me.

A few more thoughts for you Javier:
1. The eyes are definitely not working well. In general eyes need to be more or less centered with the whites showing on either side of the eyeball. When they are right against the edge of the eye they do look a bit strange.
2. When your model turns her head sharply, she gets some very obvious and distracting lines forming. A bit of burning in the shadows to reduce but not completely remove those lines will strengthen this image.
