Advice on sensor loupes?
I had to clean the sensor on my 5DIII today, and for the first time ever, my standard approach (blower, then static brush if necessary, then wet-cleaning if necessary) didn't work. I finally got it clean using a Lenspen SensorKlear pen, which I have never had to use before.
This time, I really had to find individual dust bunnies, and the light on my old loupe had died. It was extremely hard to manage this with a flashlight, a loupe, and the pen.
So, I am in the market for a new loupe. I would like one that will let me get to the sensor while the loupe is on, which makes using the SensorKlear pen much easier. I looked at B&H, and the prices of loupes run from $18 to $200 (!) for various brands, so I thought I should ask if anyone here has experience with any loupe that they either recommend or suggest not buying.
thanks

re: Advice on sensor loupes?
Hi Dan,
I'm using VisibleDust Quasar Plus 7x Sensor Loupe.
And so far still happy with it. Clear light and good magnification.
kind regards,
Erik
