Experiment with some IR
Bellingham Bay, fog lifting. such a beatiful time of the year out here.
I'm not sure this works, nor is the composition stellar, definintely not Master Donald level.
Still learning and playing.

Well I have had a go at IR back in the film days and I have to say that your effort looks a lot better than what I achieved. Don't under-sell yourself! I like the composition, it offers to me a strong sense of space and serenity, and I like the way the light band highlights the main elements of the picture while providing a strong sense of negative space and perspective.

Oh, I am no IR photographer.
I like it. There's too much of the dark patch at the bottom, but otherwise I think it's a lovely composition with lovely light. If you were crop it at the bottom, so that it was a 2:1 or 2.5:1 ratio, I think it would a super image.

Re: Experiment with some IR
Nice effort, I would get rid of those specks of white in both lower corners.

I like it. Maybe crop 50mm off the bottom but that is only my opinion.
Cheers Ole

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. Donald I was more complimenting your beautiful water and sky long exposures.
Thank you Trev, it’s fun to play around.
I did as suggested and cropped some of the bottom.

+1 to the comments so far.
Now from another angle. Do the crop, a smidge of sharpening, downsize to 1600px wide and put a white border around it, and post again. Presentation
