    You have a good angle to get the waves rolling in. One thing I like to do when shooting surf is to take a wide range of shutter speeds, ranging from 1 or 2 sec, down to a fraction of a second. You never know which is going to work best for the specific wave pattern and composition, it can vary significantly from one situation to the next. It's fun to experiment with. Of course in the middle of the day you'll need a tripod and ND filter.

    Nice well focused foreground and sharp bright waves but without any over exposure. Good colour as well.
