The image needs a bit of sharpening and is rather flat. I'm not a great fan of the crop / shot angle; too tight on the left hand side. The reflections on the skin are something I have problems with on darker skin too.

Manfred, I sharpened this image in PS (Unsharp Mask); the skin tones on your image are lighter. How did you achieve this?

Photoshop Camera Raw filter and adjusted the mid-tones. I would normally do this during the raw conversion process, but the Camera Raw filter is almost as good.
