Apples and pinhole photography?
The article at the attached link astounded me, and cheered me up enormously.
Off the wall, 'whacky', use of old photographic techniques is still relevant! And I can still be surprised by the projects that people come up with.

I'm also right there when it comes to keeping our 'heritage' apple varieties available.

Re: Apples and pinhole photography?
Another gimmicky approach to taking pictures. I have absolutely no idea why someone would want to turn an apple into a pinhole camera and take decidedly low quality pictures with it.
Just to prove it can be done, I guess...

Re: Apples and pinhole photography?
Manfred- I was associated with Eric and Nancy Renner of Pinhole Resource in NM years ago and even wrote some articles on Zone Plates... there is a weird art-crafty aspect of some people in the Pinhole world. One fellow even made a pinhole camera out of his own mouth... I on the other hand was an oatmeal box kind of guy. Eric and Nancy have retired now and gave their extensive collection to UNM? - I'm sure the magazines are still out there... lotsa weirdness...
