    Hand-held night shots and high ISO go hand-in-hand.

    If one wants to shoot at low ISO for night shots, that involves using a tripod. With a bridge camera like yours, the main thing going for it is that it is relatively small and light. You don't want to drag extra equipment along with you. The way you handled this shot makes sense...

    I have seen so many images of Eiffel tower, but never with such a foreground; this assures that any popular place has countless possibilities remaining to be explored....; well done
