Hi Sharon, are these the statues on Beach Ave? I have seen them but never stopped to photograph them. They look like there are lots of possibilities for some interesting shots.

Hi Rita yes. Better possibilities than what I have done here but I only had a phone.
You can see them if you are walking (or biking) the seawall.
It is an fun place to take kids (in age or at heart)

I think you did pretty good with what you had, I think perhaps time of day would make for a better exposure although doing so would've taxed the capability of the phone; although most phones now have flash so you could also utilize external flash as another element.

Mid day full on sun with clear blue skies. lots of shadows and hot spots for sure. I will try to get back out some day when I'm better equipped .
