I understand the adventure and time taken on some landscapes but that does minimize the efforts of other who have put a lot of thought and technical effort into their shots.

I understand if everyone posts landscapes it becomes a self fulfilling problem because everyone thinks that is what should be posted. There are many genres out there and we should be opening our minds to the merits of all.

I do think it is incumbent upon all here to look closer at all images to see the thought that went into creating an image and the presentation or we will just finish up with everyone posting in one style.

Very pertinant comment, Peter. I admit that I tend to go for the eye candy factor, but will bear your comments in mind next time.
