I want to look at the picture in the center of your shot but my eyes keep circling around the outside, never coming to rest anywhere. Is there some way to emphasize the picture so that my eyes come to a natural rest on it?

    Brian,

The concept for this image is about movement and if the scene has your eyes roaming then I think I accomplished my goal. Here is a subtle edit, let me know what you think.

The subtle edit allows me to focus where I want to. But it loses the motion you were aiming for.

Beautiful distortion; unlike Brian's situation i could focus on the central part before i was caught up in the deformation wind....
