I like the model Bruce. A sweet looking man. But I think the crop is too tight. His eyes also look unfocused to me.

Agree with Sharon on her comments, there is also distracting reflections on the glasses. Nice effort. That split background is a bit odd looking also.

The problem with this shot is primarily the overall softness that the reflection from the glasses is giving to the eyes. The moment the eyes are not sharp, the image is not going to work all that well.
