Helpful Posts: As I was driving down the hill from my home (I live up the hill image left center) I spotted the flashing lights of emergency vehicles. I thought at first "My God! another fire" but, as I pulled closer to the freeway overpass I realized that this wasn't a fire because there were crowds and the American Flags were flying from the fire trucks.
I pulled over and found out that the display was to honor a fallen firefighter who died fighting the fires up north. The funeral cortege was traveling to bring the hero home. I shot this with my smartphone...
I wish I had a camera with me. I dislike shooting with my iPhone...

An impressive moment.
I'll never understand that nationalistic sause with events of this kind. I wonder how that's in other countries.
