nice composition, but the WB looks off to me--too blue. Check the snow, for example. None of us were there, of course, but an adjustment of somewhere around -25 on the yellow-blue axis (photoshop's scale) looks more natural to me.
The other question in my mind is that you have the narrow tonal range and low contrast that is normal under lake-effect conditions, which I assume this is. You might want that, but it is easy to fix if you don't. the image below has only two edits: the -25 WB adjustment, and pulling the white point down using a curves tool. It doesn't convey the gloomy mood that I remember so well from my winters in upstate NY, which you may want to keep, but it does show the details better.
