This image is not working as well as it should for me Jeff.
You have the leading lines from the train tracks, the strip of grass, the road and the lines on the road directing my eyes right into the image, but the brightly colours canoes on the right hand edge disrupt all the directional cues you have provided to us, and pull our eyes over in that direction.

This definitely reduces the distraction, but the underlying issue to some extent is that you have lots of leading lines, so visually we expect them to lead to something. They don't really do so.

I like the processing however there is a bit too much softness in some areas especially the canoer; shots like this which include foliage have to be handled gingerly; any movement just appears blurry. Nice effort.
