    A nice picture Jeff. Only some 'magical' light is missing...
    I would be tempted to lighten up the scene a bit by a levels/curves adjustment layer. YMMV.

    I agree with Rudi on both counts. However, I don't think a global adjustment will do the trick because you already have some small but very light areas. As a very quick edit, I did three things:

    1. With a levels tool, I brought the white point and midpoint down. Both changes were very slight because of the small bright areas you have.

    2. I dodged the trees and the rocks at the bottom left.

    3. I applied a global contrast adjustment with a curves tool.

    See if this is a direction you might want to try.
