That depends.
You thought you were, suggesting that a different outcome was intended. However, for those of us who didn't have an intended outcome and are content to see the fly in its environment, this works fine. We see the details on the fly and we see that he hangs out on a leaf - job done.
It's a pity about that light patch in the lower part of the background.

A nice sharp image Brian - a benefit of not being too close! I suppose a small fly is small fry compared to some of the monster insects that you usually encounter

I like the new crop and wings, but we lost a little detail (due to lower brightness) of the eye and body parts.
